This is the Valley At Winter Park Architectural Design Committee. They're responsible for reviewing and ultimately approving any and all changes to everything on your lot from driveways, homes, additions, landscaping and even small changes to lots, patios and satellite dishes. Please review the ADRC Guidelines below for specifics.

Tim Thein brings both professional real estate expertise and a deep love for Colorado’s mountain communities to his role on The Valley’s Architectural Design and Review Board.

A longtime homeowner in the area, Tim and his family enjoy spending time at their home on Elk Meadows Drive and are committed to preserving the character and natural beauty of the Valley at Winter Park.

In addition to his community service, Tim is a seasoned Colorado real estate advisor with extensive experience in mountain and luxury properties.

He built and sold a 1,500-person consulting and analytics firm and holds an MBA, skills that enhance his ability to evaluate projects, anticipate challenges, and ensure thoughtful design and construction.

His background also includes ownership of a working cattle ranch in South Dakota and several investment properties, providing a broad perspective on land use and long-term stewardship.

Tim is dedicated to maintaining the architectural quality and environmental integrity that make the Valley at Winter Park unique. He is honored to contribute his knowledge of design, planning, and real estate to support the community’s vision for both present and future residents.

Jeffrey Hoffman - Committee

Jeffrey is a WheatRidge Colorado native, spending many weekends on the slopes of Winter Park as a child and later with his two kids and late wife.

He's hunted the Colorado mountains all his life and also enjoys golfing, fishing, and snowshoeing.

Jeffrey's a graduate of Northern Colorado with a BA in Business. He attended UNC on a football and track scholarship after which he lived in Steamboat Springs for 8 years.

·Jeffrey's entire career has been in commercial concrete construction. He founded and managed a commercial concrete construction company with projects in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana including the Western Slope / Grand County.

Jeffrey has built 5 custom residential homes for his family as the general contractor. The most recent being his house on Lot 32 here in the Valley at Winter Park.

He and his partner Anita Newcomb are happy to be a part of the community.
