• Married since 2001 with 2 kids in high school classes of 2024 & 2026

• Meadowridge Fraser condo owner since 2017; VWP lot owner since 2019

• Currently building a 2023 Ford Transit HR Ext AWD Turbo camper van so the wife & I can roadtrip the US including AK in early retirement (TBD)

• Tim Thein brings both professional real estate expertise and a deep love for Colorado’s mountain communities to his role on The Valley’s Architectural Design and Review Board.
   

• A longtime homeowner in the area, Tim and his family enjoy spending time at their home on Elk Meadows Drive and are committed to preserving the character and natural beauty of the Valley at Winter Park.

• In addition to his community service, Tim is a seasoned Colorado real estate advisor with extensive experience in mountain and luxury properties.

• He built and sold a 1,500-person consulting and analytics firm and holds an MBA, skills that enhance his ability to evaluate projects, anticipate challenges, and ensure thoughtful design and construction.

• His background also includes ownership of a working cattle ranch in South Dakota and several investment properties, providing a broad perspective on land use and long-term stewardship.

• Tim is dedicated to maintaining the architectural quality and environmental integrity that make the Valley at Winter Park unique. He is honored to contribute his knowledge of design, planning, and real estate to support the community’s vision for both present and future residents.

• Stefan has lived in Colorado since 1999, having moved from Virginia.

• Earned a BBA, Marketing & Computer Science, The College of William & Mary, 1997.

• Started his career in Telecommunications Software Consulting as a Software Developer.

• Has focused the majority of his career launching, growing, and scaling technology companies in the healthcare and legal tech sectors.

• Married since 2009 with 2 daughters (12 and 15).

• Sun Song Fraser condo owner since 2016; VWP lot owner since 2023.

• Community involvement includes board role with Minds Matter Colorado, a program that helps high-achieving students from low-income backgrounds access the resources needed to succeed in college.

• Stefan enjoys spending as much time as he can playing music, biking, boarding and climbing in and outside his Colorado home base.
